Menu Bar– The bar which is located below, title bar and shows menu option of ms-word.

Ruler Line- A line that provides ongoing page measurement and quick access to gamines, tabs and indents.

Status Bar– A bar located at the bottom of the screen that display page number, line number etc.

Title Bar– The bar which is located at the top of the screen and displays the name of the application and the active document name.

View Buttons– The buttons located above statues bar and show the documents in different view such as normal, page layout etc.

Word Processor– The application software or program, which help us in processing the text.

Printing– keeping a hard copy of the document for reference.

Copying text– Duplicating the content of the document at some other desired place.

Editing Text– Modifying or making change in the document.

Font-A set of  letters that have a common or the same typeface.

Moving Text-Removing text from one portion of the document and placing it at some other location.

Subscript-The words shown a little above the base line.

Superscript– The words that are shown a little above the base line.

Text Alignment-Placement of text between the margins.

Word Wrapping– The feature by which word automatically word around the word in next line, when the cursor reaches the right margin.

Auto Correct– A feature of MS-Word that Correct the spelling and grammatical errors made by you while you are typing.

Clip Gallery– A gallery offered by word that has enhanced graphics capabilities such as pictures multimedia effect etc.

Header– The text, which is printed in the top margin of the document.

Footer– The text, which is printed in the bottom margin of the document.

Margin– An invisible frame within which the whole text appears.

Table– An arrangement of information rows and columns.

বুটামসমূহ চোৱা(View Buttons)– ষ্টেটাছ বাৰৰ ওপৰত অৱস্থিত বুটামবোৰ আৰু ডকুমেণ্টবোৰ বিভিন্ন দৃশ্যযেনে স্বাভাৱিক, পৃষ্ঠা লেআউট আদিত দেখুৱাওক।

ৱৰ্ড প্ৰচেছৰ(Word Processor)– এপ্লিকেচন ছফ্টৱেৰ বা প্ৰ’গ্ৰাম, যি আমাক পাঠ প্ৰক্ৰিয়াকৰণত সহায় কৰে।

প্ৰিণ্ট কৰা(Printing)– প্ৰসঙ্গৰ বাবে ডকুমেণ্টৰ এটা হাৰ্ড কপি ৰখা।

পাঠ প্ৰতিলিপি কৰা(Copying text)– আন কোনো আকাংক্ষিত স্থানত নথিপত্ৰৰ সমল নকল কৰা।

পাঠ সম্পাদনা কৰা(Editing Text)– ডকুমেণ্টত পৰিৱৰ্তন কৰা বা পৰিৱৰ্তন কৰা।

ফন্ট(Font)-এ আখৰৰ সংহতি যাৰ এটা সাধাৰণ বা একে টাইপফেচ আছে।

ৱৰ্ড ৰেপিং(Word Wrapping)– যি সুবিধাৰ দ্বাৰা শব্দটো পৰৱৰ্তী শাৰীত শব্দটোৰ চাৰিওফালে স্বয়ংক্ৰিয়ভাৱে শব্দ হয়, যেতিয়া কাৰ্চাৰে সঠিক মাৰ্জিন পুনৰ সংগ্ৰহ কৰে।

স্বয়ং শুদ্ধ(Auto Correct)– আপুনি টাইপ কৰি থাকোতে আপুনি কৰা বানান আৰু ব্যাকৰণগত ত্ৰুটিবোৰ সংশোধন কৰা এমএছ-ৱৰ্ডৰ এটা বিশেষত্ব।

ক্লিপ গেলেৰী(Clip Gallery)– শব্দৰ দ্বাৰা আগবঢ়োৱা এটা গেলেৰী য’ত গ্ৰাফিক্স ক্ষমতা বৃদ্ধি হৈছে যেনে ছবি মাল্টিমিডিয়া প্ৰভাৱ ইত্যাদি।

হেডাৰ(Header)– ডকুমেণ্টৰ শীৰ্ষ মাৰ্জিনত প্ৰিণ্ট কৰা পাঠ।

ফুটাৰ(Footer)– পাঠ, যিটো ডকুমেণ্টৰ তলৰ মাৰ্জিনত প্ৰিণ্ট কৰা হয়।

মাৰ্জিন(Margin)– এটা অদৃশ্য ফ্ৰেম যাৰ ভিতৰত গোটেই পাঠটো ওলায়।

তালিকা(Table)– তথ্য শাৰী আৰু স্তম্ভৰ এক সজ্জা।

मेनू बार(Menu Bar)– वह बार जो नीचे स्थित है, शीर्षक पट्टी और एमएस-वर्ड के मेनू विकल्प को दर्शाता है।

रूलर लाइन(Ruler Line) – एक पंक्ति जो चल रहे पृष्ठ मापन और मैगिन, टैब और इंडेंट तक त्वरित पहुंच प्रदान करती है।

स्थिति पट्टी(Status Bar)– स्क्रीन के निचले भाग में स्थित एक बार जो पृष्ठ संख्या, पंक्ति संख्या आदि प्रदर्शित करता है।

शीर्षक पट्टी(Title Bar)– वह पट्टी जो स्क्रीन के शीर्ष पर स्थित होती है और अनुप्रयोग का नाम और सक्रिय दस्तावेज़ नाम प्रदर्शित करती है.

बटन देखें(View Buttons)– स्टेटस बार के ऊपर स्थित बटन और सामान्य, पृष्ठ लेआउट आदि जैसे विभिन्न दृश्यों में दस्तावेजों को दिखाते हैं।

Word Processor– एप्लिकेशन सॉफ़्टवेयर या प्रोग्राम, जो पाठ को संसाधित करने में हमारी मदद करता है।

मुद्रण(Printing)– संदर्भ के लिए दस्तावेज़ की हार्ड कॉपी रखना।

पाठ की प्रतिलिपि बनाना(Copying text)– किसी अन्य वांछित स्थान पर दस्तावेज़ की सामग्री को डुप्लिकेट करना।

पाठ संपादित करना(Editing Text)– दस्तावेज़ में संशोधन करना या उसमें परिवर्तन करना.

फ़ॉन्ट(Font)-अक्षरों का एक समुच्चय जिसमें एक सामान्य या समान टाइपफेस होता है.

सबस्क्रिप्ट(Subscript)– आधार रेखा के थोड़ा ऊपर दिखाए गए शब्द।

Superscript– वे शब्द जो आधार रेखा से थोड़ा ऊपर दिखाए जाते हैं।

Word Wrapping– वह विशेषता जिसके द्वारा शब्द स्वचालित रूप से अगली पंक्ति में शब्द के चारों ओर शब्द के चारों ओर शब्द बनाता है, जब कर्सर सही मार्जिन को पुनः प्राप्त करता है।

स्वत: सुधार(Auto Correct)– MS-Word की एक विशेषता जो आपके द्वारा टाइप करते समय की गई वर्तनी और व्याकरणिक त्रुटियों को ठीक करती है.

क्लिप गैलरी(Clip Gallery)– शब्द द्वारा प्रदान की जाने वाली एक गैलरी जिसमें ग्राफिक्स क्षमता में वृद्धि हुई है जैसे कि चित्र मल्टीमीडिया प्रभाव आदि।

शीर्ष लेख(Header)– वह पाठ, जो दस्तावेज़ के शीर्ष हाशिये पर मुद्रित होता है.
