• Age Limit: 20 to 28 years as of 1st August 2025
  (i.e., born between 02.08.1997 and 01.08.2005, both dates inclusive)
• Age Relaxation:
  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
  • PwD: 10 years
• Educational Qualification:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • The candidate must possess the degree certificate/mark sheet on the date of registration.
  • Must indicate percentage of marks at the time of online application.
• Computer Literacy:
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems is mandatory.
  • Should have a Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Computer Operations, or
  • Must have studied Computer/IT as a subject in high school or college.
• Language Proficiency:

Candidates must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the local language of the State/UT they are applying for.
