 1. What is Computer? (কম্পিউটাৰ মানে কি?)

Ans- Computer is a Programmable Electronic Calculating Device . That can store a lot of information and data. Its work very high speed, and control other machine. The word ‘Computer’ come from ‘Latn’ word ‘Compute’ which means to Calculate.

 ( কম্পিউটাৰ হৈছে এটা প্ৰগ্ৰামযোগ্য ইলেক্ট্ৰনিক গণনা কাৰি ডিভাইচ । কম্পিউটাৰে বহুতো তথ্য সংৰক্ষণ কৰিব পাৰে । আনহাতে যিকোনো কাম অতি কম সময়ৰ ভিতৰতে সঠিক ভাৱে কৰিব পৰা যায় । ইয়াৰোপৰি কম্পিউটাৰ লগত সংযোগ কৰি অন্যান্য সজুলি নিয়ন্ত্ৰণ কৰিব পৰা যায় । কম্পিউটাৰ শব্দটো লেটিন কম্পিউট শব্দৰ পৰা আহিছে যাৰ অৰ্থ হৈছে গণনা কৰা । ) 

2. What do you mean by CPU? (চি.পি.ইউ. বুলিলে কি বুজায় ?)

Ans- CPU (Central Processing Unit) is main Function of the Computer. Its like a brain of Computer. Inside a CPU there are-

Mother Board, Hard Disk, SMPS, RAM,Cooling Fan, Processor, CMOS Battery, Floppy Disk, DVD Reader etc.

 ( চি.পি.ইউ হল কম্পিউটাৰৰ মূল কাৰ্যকাৰী অংশ । ইয়াক কম্পিউটাৰৰ ব্ৰেইন বা মগজু বুলিও কব পাৰি । চি.পি.ইউ ভিতৰত-  Mother Board, Hard Disk, SMPS, RAM,Cooling Fan, Processor, CMOS Battery, Floppy Disk, DVD Reader ইত্যাদি Part সংৰক্ষিত হৈ থাকে ।)

3. What is Computer Monitor ?(কম্পিউটাৰ মনিটৰ মানে কি ?)

Ans-Computer Monitor is an one types of Output Device . That is also known as a Visual Display Unit(VDU). A Monitor usually comprises a visual display, Image, Text, Video and Graphics information.

4. How many Types of Monitor ?( মনিটৰক কেইটা ভাগত ভাগ কৰা হয়?)

Ans- There are Five Types of Monitor – (মনিটৰক পাচটা ভাগত ভাগ কৰা হয়-)

1. LCD- Liquid Crystal Display

2. LED- Light Emitting Diode 

3. CRT- Cathode Ray Tube

4. OLED-Organic Light Emitting Diode

5. Plasma

   

4. What is Keyboard? ( Keyboard মানে কি ?)

Ans- Keyboard is an one types of input device. Its used to enter  any data input and functions into the computer system by pressing buttons.

 (Keyboard হল এক প্ৰকাৰৰ input device . যিকোনো input কৰিবৰ বা বিশেষকে Typing বাবে ব্যৱহাৰ কৰা হয় ।)

এখন Normally Keyboard ত 104  টা থাকে ।

Minimum – 99 টা  থাকে ।

5. What is Mouse? (মাউচ মানে কি?)

Ans- Mouse is an one types of input device. It use for control the movement of the cursor on the computer screen.

 ( মাউচ হৈছে এক প্ৰকাৰৰ ইনপুট ডিভাইচ। ইয়াক কম্পিউটাৰ স্ক্ৰীণত কাৰ্চৰৰ চলাচল নিয়ন্ত্ৰণ কৰিবলৈ ব্যৱহাৰ কৰে।)

6. What are the use of a Mouse? ( মাউচ এটাৰ কি ব্যৱহাৰ হয়?)

Ans- A Mouse is Performing various function on a Computer system –

1) Select.

2) Move the Mouse Pointer.

3) Drag & Drop.

4) Open a Program.  

5) Scroll Up & Down.

6)  Combination Activities.

7. What is Port? ( পৰ্ট মানে কি?)

Ans-  A port is Connection on a computer to connect other External to the computer. we need a port our device to connect a keyboard, mouse, printer, projector, bio metrics device, pen-drive, webcam etc. 

(পৰ্ট হৈছে কম্পিউটাৰৰ সৈতে আন device সংযোগ কৰিবৰ বাবে CPU ত থকা এক  Point। কীবোৰ্ড, মাউচ, প্ৰিণ্টাৰ, প্ৰজেক্টৰ, বায়ো মেট্ৰিকডিভাইচ, পেন-ড্ৰাইভ, ৱেবকেম আদি সংযোগ কৰিবলৈ আমাক  পৰ্টৰ প্ৰয়োজন হয়। )

8.What is Software ? Discuss briefly

Ans- Software is a set of instruction, data or programs used to operate computers and execute specific tasks.

    Computer software can be classified into two categories-:

    i) System Software.

   ii) Application Software 

(i)System software:- System software is a set of programs designed to operate hardware and control the internal operations of a computer system software provides a platform for running application software.

System software can be further classified into operating system languages processors and Utilities.

ii) Application software-  Application software is a set programs Development to carry out complete Operating for a specific purpose. These are the programs written by the programmers to perform a specific task.

( ছফ্টৱেৰ হৈছে কম্পিউটাৰ চলাবলৈ আৰু নিৰ্দিষ্ট কাম বোৰ সম্পাদন কৰিবলৈ ব্যৱহাৰ কৰা নিৰ্দেশনা, ডাটা বা প্ৰ’গ্ৰামৰ এক সংহতি।

9. What is Taskbar?

Ans- A taskbar is an element of a graphical user interface which has various purpose. It typically shows which programs are currently running. The specific design and layout of the taskbar various between individual the from of a strip located along one edge of the screen .

10.  What is Operating System ? (অপাৰেটিং চিষ্টেম মানে কি?)

Ans-  An Operating System is a Software programme required to manage and operate a computing device like smartphones , tablets , computers , supercomputers , web servers cass , network towers , smartwatches etc.
